If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

NubixEdu offers educational technology solutions, which may include:

  • Online Courses and Content Delivery

  • School Management Tools

  • Virtual Classrooms and Student Portals

  • Communication and Collaboration Tools

3. User Responsibilities

All users agree to:

Uploading or sharing materials does not transfer ownership to users.

5. Subscription and Payments

If NubixEdu services are offered on a paid subscription basis, users must:

  • Pay all fees as agreed upon in their billing terms.

  • Keep payment information up to date.

  • Acknowledge that missed or late payments may lead to service suspension.

Users uploading their own content grant NubixEdu the right to display, host, and deliver the content on the platform.

NubixEdu shall not be held liable for:

  • Disruption in internet service or technical failures outside our control.

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate user access if:

Users may also deactivate their account at any time by contacting support.
